Our BioDigest culture inoculates waste pits and lagoons with beneficial anaerobic microorganisms. BioDigest is designed to quickly proliferate and take control of the lagoon environment, liquifying solids and eliminating pathogens while also eliminating odors and toxic gases. Application Rates
General rates are as follows:
- Hog Pits - 1 gallon of BioDigest for every 3,000 gallons of lagoon capacity
- Dairy Lagoons - 1 gallon of BioDigest for every 7,500 gallons of lagoon capacity
BioDigest can also be used in anaerobic manure piles applied at a rate of 1 quart of BioDigest per ton of manure
